You can exclude results by using ! eg. "search phrase !exe !zip"

Where did the top links go?
Sites didn't want to be listed so it has been removed.

What logs are kept?
No logs are kept. Temporary http logs may be taken if the site is under attack. After viewing they are securely deleted. Additionally SSL can be found here.
